After years of searching I have, at last, found a beautiful braille writer. It was manufactured by L.C. Smith & Corona Typewriters, Inc for The American Foundation for the Blind, somewhere between 1933-1947. And as with all of my writing machines it is being well cared for and, even more importantly, used for making very special things.
